In recent years,China’s overall water environment and water ecological problems have reached a state of crisis.The media focus is almost uniformly on the construction of"underground pipe network".They think the drainage obstacle of the underground pipe network is the main cause of the water problem.Meanwhile,the government has invested a lot of manpower and financial resources,but little has been achieved.Some developing countries,continuously improve the urban sewage treatment system in recent years,the point source pollution is the efficient control,but under the influence of rainfall runoff,surface pollution problems are emerging,most cities have not good use rain flood resources,have brought waterlogging hazards instead,had a lot of the water environmental quality problems[2].Therefore,the active control and management of urban runoff pollution will be the most urgent problem to be solved in the process of urban flood management.At the same time,with the proposal of the concept of national fitness,sports park is now the issue of great concern in urban construction,sports into the park,sports in the park has become a popular trend.But because in the process of construction,is far from enough for sports park planning,citizens can use comfortable green space is little,exercise depends on good ecological environment,to improve the quality of the health of the residents,the core is to create livable environment,so the construction of the sports park is increasing in recent years,the proportion of urban green space is growing.In this background,this paper mainly through literature analysis,case analysis at home and abroad,related theoretical comprehensive analysis methods of sponge city with the theory of sports park in active exploration,in view of the sponge,the idea of the city and sports park,summary analysis is suitable for teasing out sports park sponge urban management measures,combined with the actual situation,given the unique innovative point of view,gives a specific design goals,and rapidly corresponding principles.On the premise of the above research,this paper USES the urban sponge theory to construct a modern sports park and gives a specific design scheme.At the same time,qujiang city sports park was selected as the research object,and the following research results were obtained by combining theory with practice:(1)Based on the analysis of the sponge city concept and the landscape design of the sports park,the specific planning scheme of the sports park based on the sponge city theory can be worked out systematically,and detailed strategic measures can be given.(2)According to the concept of urban sponge,its practical application to qujiang city sports park landscape planning and design,combined with the project site and position characteristics,the actual status of the research project,define the overall strategic layout of civil servants,focusing on road plaza,vegetation,topography,water landscape and garden construction sketch,etc.A scientific and reasonable design,verify the practical feasibility of the proposed technology method in this paper.(3)In view of the problem that collapsible loess is easy to produce foundation settlement and crack when it is washed by rain,this paper puts forward a solution to solve the problem that the unique characteristics of collapsible loess in qujiang city sports park are contradictory to the construction concept of sponge city.(4)Aiming at the problem of how to use the site with large topographic height difference to carry out the system design of rainwater,this paper puts forward some measures,such as planting grass ditch+small rainwater purification unit of rainwater garden,ecological water stream,etc.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the planning and design of other sports parks.
