ln recent years,the worse ecological environment becomes,the warmer global weather is,people are no longer in harmony with nature.With the rapid process of urbanization in the developing countries,we use more artificial projects to destroy the original balance,leading to the frequent natural disasters.urban water logging is one of the main disasters of cities in China.Therefore,Chinese government has published many policies and regulations in actively promoting "sponge" urban construction,and introduced many policies to encourage sponge and build a water saving type society,urban construction and mentioned in the above two aspects "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning construction;At the same time,we have already put the water security problem on national strategic level;" Sponge urban construction technology guidelines-low impact development of rainwater system building " and " urban construction national building standard design system of sponge,respectively,in October 2014 and January 2016,which are issued by the People’s Republic of China formal of housing and urban-rural development;The central working conference at the end of 2015 has also emphasized the idea that advocates green construction of city.Although the stormwater management research in China has been carried out later,China are inferior to other countries since conducting support.Through the analysis of the research on the management of stormwater at home and abroad,this paper finds out that it takes nourishment from the mature engineering cases,and tries to explore the inner connection between stormwater management and landscape design.However,in the study,the previous practice cases were mainly from the perspective of municipal engineering,and the south climatic conditions dominated.For the construction of "sponge city" there is a blind area in northeast China,this paper according to related problem as the research key,makes every effort to solve the problem of stormwater from the Angle of the landscape architect,in a traditional way of thinking to the problem of "water" of the city.Through learning and summarizing the available methods,we selected the construction strategy of sponge park in changchun,northeast China.In this paper,the author firstly analyzes the current situation of the design plot,the traffic,the landscape and the current situation of stormwater management,and confirms that the site has rain.For the study of the function of the stormwater landscape design strategy,we can apply to the chang chun city in the north sea sponge park "in the northeast of the actual project.This paper use landscape design to think to solve the problem of stormwater,the construction of the sponge park,reverse simply from the Angle of engineering technology to solve the problems of the stormwater situation.Starting from the design scheme by the stormwater demand calculation,the venue layout and landscape forms on the demand of the stormwater zoning,the combination of landscape of northeast China insurance detail processing practices,to ensure the implementation of the engineering practice and the rain after completion of the flood control benefit.This paper hope through the system research theory and practice of research both at home and abroad,we can extract suitable for our country "sponge" city landscape construction method.In the northeast cold cities to changchun,in the "city" sponge operation but also different from the southern city.Through the practice in chang chun city in northeast the stormwater function landscape construction technology caseprovide,we can provide reliable reference for the future of the northeast sponge park construction. |
