Landscape Design Of Changsha LiTuo Ecological Park Under The Concept Of Sponge City

In the July 2017 floods in Hunan,the water level of the Xiangjiang River broke the highest level recorded since 1998,Heavy Rain and flood disasters occurred in 30 provinces and cities such as Hubei province and Anhui province.The extensive urban development model caused severe damage to the city’s water ecological environment.During the meeting of the Central Committee on urbanization,Secretary General Xi pointed out:While constantly improving the urban drainage system,scientifically and rationally recycling precious rainwater resources and establishing them.The benign circulation of the city’s water system forms a green sponge that drains,accumulates,infiltrates,and purifies.As a city’ s green lung,the role of ecological parks in urban comprehensive construction cannot be ignored.Therefore,the construction of ecological parks must consider the application of sponge city theory in order to better maintain the urban ecological balance.This paper reviews the history of ecological park construction at home and abroad,studies a large number of relevant theories,guidelines,and atlas of sponge cities,summarizes the typical case experiences of ecological park landscape planning and design combined with stormwater management,and integrates the "sponge city"concept into the actual park landscape design.Among them,from the perspective of the macroscopic urban water system,the source of rainwater runoff,the mid-end,and the end of the runway in the eco-park are connected in series,and the sponge facilities are reasonably set up in conjunction with the construction of the municipal pipe network.Through the research and analysis of the natural elements and social factors such as the landform,rainfall system and soil water quality of Changsha Gaotie City,the lack of landscape design and its own stormwater management of Changsha Ecological Park was analyzed.Taking the landscape design of the Lituo Ecological Park as an example,we will realize the harmonious symbiosis of water,city and people,and we will design and build a comprehensive urban ecological park where citizens can get to gather to visit,do sports,and play.Reasonably set up sponge facilities such as permeable paving,rain garden,and grass planting ditch,supplementing and perfecting the urban stormwater management system,allowing rainwater runoff to effectively infiltrate and transmit,and using plants to reduce runoff pollution to form a virtuous circle of water systems.To maximize the restoration of the city’s natural ecological environment,explore the construction of sponge city and the design of landscape optimization,and provide valuable reference for the construction of ecological park sponge.
