With the acceleration of China’s modernization construction and the continuous improvement of the level of social spiritual civilization,the urban public building environment has become more and more humane,diversified and intelligent.As an important part of public building design,barrier-free design,its degree of barrier-free construction is not only a measure of the level of infrastructure construction in a city,but also a symbol of the high development of urban material civilization and spiritual civilization.Recently,whit the increasing material life of people and the increasing diversity of social entertainment,more and more elderly people and people with disabilities are eager to participate in social activities,which puts higher demands on the barrier-free environment of existing public buildings.However,most of the public buildings in urban areas today have problems such as low degree of accessibility,imperfect accessibility details,and inadequate implementation of relevant norms.Therefore,it is extremely necessary and valuable to study the status quo of urban public buildings’ barrier-free environment.This not only plays a positive role in the optimization of the barrier-free environment of existing buildings,but also has some inspiration and constructiveness for the barrier-free design of new buildings.As a place with a large variety of public buildings,a wide distribution,and a large daily traffic flow,cultural buildings have a direct impact on the normal use of various types of people.This paper takes five buildings of different ages in Guangzhou and Shenzhen and the barrier-free design of representative cultural buildings with different backgrounds as the research object.It summarizes the human body scale,behavioral characteristics and obstacles encountered in different groups,and is related to barrier-free design.Concepts,definitions and design principles are sorted out;relevant factors affecting the barrier-free environment are collated and analytic hierarchy process is used to make the evaluation system table;the relevant factors affecting the barrier-free environment are collated and the evaluation system is compiled by the analytic hierarchy process;the first-hand valuable information is obtained through field research,the current situation and existing problems of the research object are sorted out,and the evaluation system is used to evaluate the research object;the research object that can improve the space is proposed to carry out the transformation strategy and the operation is simple,useful which including the surrounding environment,building entrance,interior space,vertical traffic and related auxiliary facilities.The author hopes that through the research on the status quo of the barrier-free environment of cultural buildings,it can bring certain enlightening and guiding effects,improve the quality of the overall public environment of the city,guarantee the fair and legitimate rights of the disabled,and cause the whole society to pay attention to the barrier-free design that can play a positive role. |
