In the process of urban renewal and reconstruction,land use redevelopment and building renovation,especially such construction takes place in the central area of the city,and most of the mixed construction projects are commercial and residential.After the completion of the construction project,the surrounding road traffic carrying capacity will be deepened.The traffic impact of commercial and residential land redevelopment is different from that of a single type of land(such as commercial land,residential land,industrial land,etc.).In order to improve the traffic problems caused by commercial and residential land construction projects in urban central areas,the level of “double repair” is improved.Traffic impact assessment needs to be carried out before the start of the construction project.This paper aims to study the traffic characteristics of commercial and residential land,and proposes traffic impact assessment methods,evaluation indicators and evaluation models applicable to commercial and residential land in urban central areas.First of all,through the understanding of the traffic characteristics of the urban central area,from the interaction between land use and urban transportation,taking Guangzhou as an example,further strengthen the detailed study on the traffic characteristics of commercial and residential land in the central area of the city;On the basis of this,the content and method of traffic impact assessment for commercial and residential land are proposed.Traffic demand forecasting is the core technology of traffic impact assessment.This paper uses four-stage method as the technical means of traffic demand forecasting,with road network saturation and intersection delay.The main evaluation model,combined with public transportation impact and static traffic impact assessment,constructs a commercial and residential land traffic impact assessment model.This research will help urban planners to easily and effectively generate traffic during the land redevelopment process.Influence the basis of the discrimination,determine the rationality of land development intensity,and guide the city’s organic renewal.Finally,based on the above theoretical research,combined with the Guangzhou regional transportation system model,based on the engineering example of a central area in Guangzhou,from the five aspects of the traffic impact assessment workflow,the traffic impact assessment study of the project instance is similar.The project provides a certain practical reference.The innovations of this thesis are mainly the following three points: First,the innovation of research methods,using the theoretical basis of urban regulations and traffic engineering to conduct traffic impact assessment research,to study the traffic impact assessment of commercial and residential land in urban central areas;Compared with the past studies on the impact assessment of single-purpose land use,the research object of this paper is the mixed use of commercial and residential properties.The third is to propose new ideas for the traffic impact assessment model and indicators of commercial and residential land.
