Research On Micro Reconstruction Method Of Old Community In Guangzhou

The direction of urban development in China is changing from the era of pursuing speed first to the era of people-oriented renewal and transformation.Stock-based planning has gradually replaced growth-based planning.Stock-based planning with renewal and transformation as the main way has gradually become the focus of urban development.The renewal and transformation of old residential areas are closely related to people's daily life,and it is one of the important contents of stock-based planning.In recent years,a series of old residential renewal projects have been carried out.While many problems have been found,a series of theoretical and practical results have emerged in the process of exploration of renovation activities.How to avoid the renovation and reconstruction of large-scale demolition and construction,how to re-apply the old residential areas to the new life style of today's people,glow the vitality of the public environment,prolong the life span of buildings,save the limited land resources of cities,improve people's quality of life,achieve sustainable development of cities,and continue the context of cities,is an urgent problem to be solved in our country.The problems that must be faced for a long time to come.Through a large number of in-depth field visits,this paper makes a survey and analysis of the use,material space and management status of the old residential areas in Guangzhou,and combines the location distribution and construction age of the old residential areas to study from four aspects: public environment,building subject,infrastructure and cultural construction.The main contents include planning structure,transportation system and construction.Building facades,public corridors,property management,etc.By visualizing the information recorded in the survey,this paper analyses the current development situation and various problems of the old residential areas in Guangzhou,explores the causes of their formation,puts forward the principles of micro-transformation of the old residential areas,puts forward different standards for micro-transformation of different types of old residential areas,andstudies the corresponding solutions to different problems and the concrete micro-transformation of the old residential areas.Strategy.In order to inject new vitality into the old residential areas of Guangzhou through micro-transformation,provide reference for the renewal of old residential areas in Guangzhou and similar areas in the future,and fill in new theory for urban renewal research in China.The full text is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction.On the premise of introducing the research background,the significance of this study is discussed.Then,combined with the research status at home and abroad,the research content,framework and research methods are determined.The second chapter mainly sorted out the differences among the three concepts of community,residential area and community,introduced the concepts of old community and micro-transformation,and systematically summarized and analyzed the relevant theories,including community building theory,human settlements environment theory,organic renewal theory and urban repair theory.The third chapter is one of the key chapters of the full text.By formulating the corresponding research technical route,collecting the information of the status quo of the old residential areas,investigating the status quo of the old residential areas in Guangzhou on the spot,analyzing their basic characteristics,summarizing the types of the old residential areas,the status quo of all aspects and the residents' willingness to reform,exposing the old residential areas.The existing problems of old residential areas provide a lot of practical basis for the research of micro-transformation strategy of old residential areas.Chapter IV puts forward four principles of micro-transformation,namely,improving people's livelihood first,integrity,pluralism and regionality,and defines three orientations of livable quality,characteristic culture and open wisdom of old residential areas.Chapter 6,according to the different types and orientations of the old residential areas,sorts out the necessary projects of the basic transformation part and the selected projects of the promotion and transformation department.At the same time,combined with the previous research,puts forward the corresponding micro-transformation Countermeasures in the four aspects of public environment,building main body,infrastructure and cultural construction,so as to provide the future old people withbetter quality.The renovation of old residential areas provides new ideas.Chapter VI is the conclusion of the article.It summarizes the main conclusions of the research and the scientific advancement and innovation of the research,points out the shortcomings of this study and looks forward to the future of related research.
