The power construction of the city is one of the important infrastructure of urban development,which provides strong guarantee for the future urban economic development.In order to meet the development needs of The East New Town and provide safe and reliable power supply,the thesis is based on General planning of the central area of The East New Town,and the guidance of grid plan.Summarizing the experience of power grid planning in the past and upgrading and rebuilding rules of power line equipment in the The East New Town,hope that this plan can better with the requirement of The East New Town's development,further improve quality of power and the service level of power supply,so that the power level of The East New Town will be further improved.The main work of this paper:(1)To do data collection and analysis with current power medium situation of The East New Town,and forecasting total load distribution on the current and long-term annual distribution.(2)According to the load forecasting results,to optimize the substation location and power supply area,and ultimately determine the 110 kV substation location and capacity of220 kV substation distribution are proposed.To determine the planning objectives and technical principles of The East New Town.(3)On the basis of load forecasting,to determine the medium and long term high and medium voltage distribution network planning.Based on the development of power grid,determine the construction land demand of each substation,make a plan on line pipe and corridor of 10 kV and above power.Innovation and features: This paper is a study of how to combine the overall development planning and power demand of The East New Town,make scientific arrangements for power load forecasting,power grid construction,power network,for the sake of suitable for all kinds of construction of The East New Town,and Minimize investment in case of electricity demand.
