| In the "13th Five-Year Plan" formulated by the state and power supply enterprises,the continuous increase in economic development accompanied by the increase in power demand will inevitably bring about ever-increasing demands on the power supply network and it is becoming more and more important to improve and strengthen the power grid planning.Shatian Town is located in the eastern part of Dongguan City,with a total area of 56 square kilometers and a permanent resident population of 150,000.In the 12 th Five-Year Plan evaluation,some problems still remain in the distribution network in Shatian Town.Some problems have been raised,such as the ring rate of the space line,the contact rate between stations,and the rate of turn-around power supply.Therefore,we need to focus on improving the distribution network in Shatian Town in the planning of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.Based on the characteristics of power grid planning,this paper analyzes the modern power grid planning methods,analyzes the contents of power grid planning and the important role of load forecasting in power grid planning,and then analyzes the overall situation,economy and grid constraints of Shatian Town,The system sorts out the current status of medium and low voltage power distribution network in Shatian Town and analyzes the dimensions of the network structure,compliance with the supply capacity,the technical level of installed meters,the power supply of important users,customer complaints,Through the common electric load forecasting tool,the load forecast of Shatian Town is made and the planning of medium and low voltage power distribution network in the "13th Five-Year Plan" is formulated.In order to test the feasibility of planning,problem solving and planning benefits,the system systematically evaluates the planning results and calculates the reliability and loss rate of medium voltage distribution network in the planning area by using the probabilistic method to verify that the planning scheme can meet the requirements of urban power grid Construction and transformation of the technical guidelines require that the power supply reliability and line loss indicators are expected to reach the target value to meet the planning requirements. |
