Research On Distribution Network Planning Of Hukou County

China's economy has developed rapidly for many years.As a “river and lake city”,the development of Hukou County is changing with each passing day.The development of the economy has driven the development of the power grid.As the final link of power transmission of power companies,the importance of the distribution network is becoming increasingly significant.It is an important task for power companies to do a good job in power grid planning to ensure safe,stable,reliable and economic operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes the current status and development trend of distribution network planning research at home and abroad,and give out the direction for Hukou County distribution network planning research.Then we analyze the current social and economic development of Hukou County and the situations of the distribution network,and finds out some problems of the distribution network in the aspects of grid power supply capacity,grid structure and grid equipment,which provide the goal and direction for the grid planning.According to the historical total power demand data of Hukou County,the electricity consumption situation is analyzed and the maximum power load forecast is carried out.After comparing the commonly used load forecasting methods,we adopt the natural growth method and the large user analysis method for the near-term load forecasting and the load density index method is used for the long-term load forecasting.And we adopt the elastic coefficient method to verify the load forecast results.The disadvantage of a single prediction method is avoided,and the purpose of reducing the prediction risk and increasing the prediction accuracy is achieved.Then,based on the power load forecasting results and the grid status data of the planned area,the power balance analysis is carried out,and the newly added substation and power distribution capacity of the Hukou County distribution network in the future is obtained.According to the proposed distribution network planning objectives and related technical principles,the specific scheme of the distribution network planning and substation planning in Hukou County is proposed.Finally,according to the equipment price and construction quotation of Jiujiang,the investment plan was estimated.The social benefit analysis of Hukou County distribution network planning was carried out from various aspects,and the research on the distribution network planning of Hukou County is concluded.And we put forward corresponding suggestions for the planning and construction of distribution network.
