After Xudun Town was appointed as a comprehensive reform pilot unit by the Fujian province government,the power load demand of Xudun town rapidly increased with the construction of new town.It is a very important power supply business work to scientifically and rationally plan and construct the distribution network.The aim is to ensure the electric power development needs of Xudun Town,ensure the rational layout of power facilities,ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of the distribution network,and ensure the rational use of power construction land.This paper researched the load forecasting and the planning scheme of Xudun Town of Fu Jian Province based on the existing distribution network.First of all,it analyzed the difficulties of the distribution network development according to the basic condition of economic and social development and the power grid.Based on the voltage level of the power grid current operation data of Xudun Town,it discusses the distribution network region on high,medium and low voltage.The power supply system in this area is relatively weak when the higher power distribution points and capital investment were limited.And some problems need to be resolved,such as unreasonable network structure,equipment in low level,low voltage and blocked power grid construction.Secondly,we predict the electricity capacity and the load,analyze the development trend of power demand in the region and the characteristics of power demand in this area,and expound the basic principle of the medium and long term power load forecasting method.The above work was to assess the recent distribution of the town power supply network and power supply load,and then provide accurate and reliable guidance for power grid planning.Finally,according to the present situation of the regional power grid and the properties of different partitions provided short medium and long-term power supply connection scheme,we proposed main grid and distribution network,substation planning and construction scheme to solve the current problems of regional distribution network.the planning scheme was proposed according to these prediction of the regional grids.Furthermore,this paper selects the best plan based on the cost estimated by the life cycle cost model and the security and.reliability of the equipment.The best scheme provided the strong support for the social and economic development and power grid construction of Xudun Town. |
