In modern society,the demand for power is increasing,and the demand for power supply quality is becoming higher and higher.Power supply enterprises are required to provide sustained,adequate and high-quality power supply.In the power system,the distribution network directly provides electricity to users,and the reliability of the distribution network determines the reliability of the power system to a certain extent.For a long time,under the circumstance of insufficient domestic power infrastructure construction,power enterprises have not paid enough attention to distribution network,and their investment in planning,construction,operation and management of distribution network lags behind that of power generation system and transmission network.The research and practice of power supply reliability of distribution network are relatively few,which leads to insufficient reliability construction of distribution network in domestic power system.According to the statistics of the State Grid,70% of the power supply in the domestic power system is transmitted to the users through the distribution network,and 80% of the faults in the power system occur in the distribution network.Therefore,with the rapid development of economy and society and the increasing demand of residential and industrial power for the quality of power supply,a lot of research and practice work should be carried out in the reliability of distribution network in domestic power system to continuously improve the reliability of distribution network.Taking SG distribution network as the research object,this paper studies the reliability of SG distribution network,optimization measures and effects of power supply reliability on the basis of theoretical analysis.Firstly,according to the theory of distribution network reliability,the factors affecting the reliability of distribution network are analyzed from three aspects: power supply capacity and network structure,external natural environment factors and equipment failure,and the practical experience of improving the reliability of distribution network at home and abroad is sorted out.On this basis,the city is mastered on the basis of field investigation and data analysis of SG distribution network.The current situation of power network reliability management and the main problems restricting the reliability of distribution network in SG city are sorted out.The strategies to improve the reliability of distribution network in SG city are put forward from the aspects of strengthening the planning and construction of distribution network,strengthening the maintenance management of distribution network,realizing the separation of small hydropower and so on,and applied in the reliability optimization of distribution network.Finally,the index system of power supply reliability evaluation in SG city is established.And the reliability optimization effect of distribution network is quantitatively evaluated,which verifies the practical application effect of the reliability optimization strategy of distribution network proposed in this paper.The conclusion of this paper has certain reference value for the reliability optimization of rural distribution network.
