In recent years,with the increasing international energy scarcity and environmental pollution,the automotive industry is in an important period of transition from traditional vehicles to new energy vehicles.In order to ensure the healthy development of the domestic new energy vehicle market,the Chinese government has implemented a “returning mechanism” for new energy vehicles since January 1,2017,helping the new energy vehicle market to shift from a government-driven to a dual-drive model of government and consumers.The implementation of the “returning slope mechanism” has led to increasingly fierce competition in the new energy vehicle market,and the relationship between value activities has become increasingly close.The original cost control model of the automotive industry has been unable to provide good production and development prospects for the industry.More and more automobile manufacturers have begun to meet the wave of new energy vehicles by optimizing cost control.Through the collection of relevant materials and literature,in the context of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology,Geely Automobile Holdings Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Geely Automobile")is the research object,using literature research methods,case analysis methods and norms.The research method,from the perspective of enterprise value chain,analyzes the cost control of Geely Automobile in the internal and external value chain stage,and finds that Geely Automobile's value chain cost control mainly has low research and development efficiency,and the platform construction of procurement links is not perfect.The utilization rate is not subdivided,the product promotion is insufficient,the supplier management is insufficient,and the competitive advantage cost is high.The reason for the above problems is mainly due to the lack of innovation in product development,uneven production technology and equipment,and information technology.Lack of talent and insufficient consumer brand loyalty.The article starts from the development of Geely Automobile value chain cost control optimization design and Geely Automobile value chain cost control optimization measures,in order to optimize the Geely Automobile cost control system and maintain and create a competitive advantage for Geely Automobile in the new energy vehicle industry.The strategy and the "20200 Strategy" laid a solid foundation.Based on the automotive industry,the article hopes that the proposed proposal will not only help Geely to achieve its new energy strategic goals,but also provide reference and reference solutions for cost control optimization in the domestic automotive industry.
