At present,the market economy is in the stage of vigorous growth.The cost control link in enterprise operation is very important.Scientific control of cost minimizes waste of resources and improves production efficiency.Moreover,it can provide the scientific basis for enterprises to predict and make decisions.At the same time,reasonable control of cost is a reasonable method to optimize the operation of enterprises and fulfill their economic obligations.Therefore,only when the cost control is superior to the competitors,can enterprises occupy their own place in the fierce market.FAW jiefang automotive company is an established truck enterprise which has operated for more than 50 years.After the field study of the liberation company,the author found that there are many problems in the cost control management.Its concrete performance is: the cost control management concept is weak,the cost control idea is backward and conservative,excessively rely on the finance department;the salary system in human resource cost management lacks incentive,and the recruitment mode is costly and unreasonable.The pricing mechanism of procurement is unreasonable,the supplier management is more chaotic,and the professional quality level of the purchasing personnel needs to be improved.The product design and the procurement link did not use the resources reasonably.The existence of the above mentioned problems directly causes the liberation company to suffer the loss.In view of the problems in the cost control management of the jiefang company,this paper reviews and researches the related literatures related to cost control management at home and abroad.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the cost management of the company from three aspects of human resources,procurement,quality.In the management of human resource cost control,the company should associate the enterprise performance with employee compensation,and establish an incentive and controllable salary system.The company shall ensure the effective implementation of the performance wage system.At the same time,the company should set up a rolling recruitment plan,explore the internal recruitment,campus recruitment,and social recruitment of the best combination of channels.On the procurement side,the company should not blindly pursue the lowest price.The company shall conduct strict evaluation of suppliers and fully consider the comprehensive supply factors.Control the number of suppliers and support loyal and reliable suppliers to build a transparent and scientific supplier system.The company should use training rotation to enhance the professional competence of the purchasing personnel.In terms of quality,the company should set up an early planning group during the product development stage,so as to minimize the quality waste caused by the design process.The company should build a better quality management link and supplier supervision system.Finally,the company should promote the enterprise culture construction and improve the enterprise supervision system,so as to ensure the implementation of the cost control measures.Only by increasing the importance of the whole enterprise to the cost problem and putting the plan into practice,can we effectively improve the enterprise cost management level and make it truly contribute to the economic benefit of the enterprise.In optimizing the cost control mode of FAW jiefang automotive company,this paper also sums up a set of excellent cost control methods suitable for the whole automobile manufacturing industry.This paper is of great value to the manufacturing industry.
