Research On The Stability Of Dynamic Alliance Between E-commerce And Aviation Logistics Enterprises

In recent years,e-commerce,especially cross-border e-commerce,has gradually emerged,and its share in foreign trade has become more and more important.Therefore,it has attracted the attention and attention of governments,enterprises and consumers.With the application of e-commerce new technology,new theory,and the development of manufacturing technology,on the one hand,the risks and opportunities in the e-commerce market are difficult to accurately predict and grasp.On the other hand,the rapid development of e-commerce has also driven logistics.The development of related industries.In order to ensure the timeliness of transportation,meet the ever-changing consumer demand in an uncertain market environment,and solve the logistics bottleneck problem of e-commerce enterprises in the actual transportation process,aviation logistics has many advantages from various speeds and safety.The way out of the way,e-commerce companies have opened up a new strategy for seeking alliances with aviation logistics companies.Since the dynamic alliance stability of enterprises is one of the important factors to test the success of dynamic alliances,in the ever-changing market environment,the stability of dynamic alliances of enterprises has always been tested.Therefore,the analysis between e-commerce and aviation logistics enterprises Dynamic alliance and its stability are the focus of in-depth analysis and research in this paper.At present,the research results surrounding the operation of e-commerce and aviation logistics alliances continue to emerge,but they are still few,and lack of relatively systematic research and mature theoretical support.Therefore,it is of great significance to systematically study the dynamic alliance between e-commerce enterprises and aviation logistics enterprises.This paper takes the dynamic alliance theory as the theoretical support.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant literatures on the stability research of domestic and foreign enterprise alliances,and determines the key factors affecting the stability of e-commerce and aviation logistics enterprise dynamic alliance,and will e-commerce and aviation logistics.The operation process of the enterprise dynamic alliance is divided into four modules to model the system dynamics structure.Through the causal relationship diagram and the system flow graph,the interaction between the key influencing factors in the system is revealed,and then a complete system dynamics model of the operational stability of the enterprise dynamic alliance is constructed.Finally,by selecting a realistic case of enterprise dynamic alliance,this paper explores the key factor indicators that affect the stability of the entire alliance within the system,and proposes some policy recommendations to enhance the stability of the e-commerce and aviation logistics enterprise dynamic alliance operation from the core indicators.
