China’s new energy vehicle(NEV)production and sales have been first in the world for four successive years.Like traditional cars,China has become a major, but not a powerful NEV country. In order to improve the utilization rate of NEVs and realize the substitution of NEVs to traditional fuel vehicles,China has introduced a series of inclusive subsidy policies. However, under the inclusive policy,NEV enterprises have instead developed policy dependence, lack of motivation for technology research and development, products technology and services of NEVs cannot meet consumer demand,so that consumers adopt NEVs perceived by the private interests are seriously lower than the public interest brought to society. This "pro-society" and "pro-environment" behavior goes beyond the rational human hypothesis of traditional economics, and may not be carried out under the narrow motives of the individual consumer’s own interests, resulting in NEVs being adopted at a slower rate than their social ideals, spreading slowly and unprofitable.Government subsidies are so difficult to motivate consumers that NEV production and sales volume is very low.Apparently, the non-synergistic development of an NEV industry and producer services is a significant understanding that contributes to low perceived value and low utilization of technology, such as imperfect infrastructure, insufficient charging pile and other industrial chains, automotive financial products single, fewer product categories, etc. Moreover,it is difficult to adopt leasing sales mode in NEV market. Therefore, from the perspective of industrial integration, scientific and efficient enhancement of the synergy between NEVs and producer services, improving the technical utilization rate of NEVs,promoting the market diffusion of NEVs,has become an urgent task for the industry and domestic brand enterprises of current NEV.According to the above analysis, this dissertation studies the industrial integration of NEVs and producer services and its influence on the diffusion of NEVs,taking the NEV industry as the research background, and the diffusion of NEVs from the perspective of industrial integration as the main line.In addition, the research puts forth the management decision-making methods oriented to the integration of producer services. The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)To guide the extension of the value chain of the NEV industry and its management practice, the integration framework between NEVs and producer services was constructed from the perspective of the two-way symbiotic of ecology. The index system of industrial fusion symbiosis was designed, the interactive relationship of industrial fusion was studied, and the path to fusion of new energy vehicle industry was designed.Among them, the industry fusion framework includes three parts of symbiotic subject(new energy vehicle, producer services),symbiotic Environment(enterprise, policy, technology, market),symbiotic mode(two-way symbiotic). Moreover, the study analyses the structural relationship between 18 measurable variables and 6 latent variables based on evolutionary dynamics, which solves the difficult problem of system analysis of NEV industry integration and helps companies from macroscopic and microscopic two angles at the same time to enhance the quality of enterprise services to achieve enterprise transformation.(2)To analyse quantitatively the NEV industry integration,a method of measuring the fusion degree of static and timely variable industry based on fuzzy DEMATEL_SEM is proposed, which integrates dynamic triangular fuzzy operator and decision test and evaluation Method(DEMATEL)based on structural equation model(SEM).To dispense with the dynamic uncertainty of evaluation information in a dynamic environment and improve the robust measurement, the model depicts the internal relationship between the integration of new energy vehicles and producer services, and uses table functions and simulation experiments to solve the static industrial fusion degree of industrial fusion.Secondly, due to the dynamic nature of industrial fusion in all stages of the life cycle, the dissertation designs the industrial fusion in the continuous time state based on the translation-state transfer operator of Markov theory. The state transfer equation of degree provides a theoretical basis for the measurement of the industrial fusion degree in the life cycle of the NEV industry.(3)To explore the impact of industrial integration on the NEVs diffusion,a NEV SIR Diffusion Model considering industrial integration is constructed, which, based on the infectious disease(SIR)model, introduces the concept of industrial fusion degree to design and adapt the calculation formula of daily contact rate and daily migration rate.Second, parameter estimation rules are considered based on the historical data of NEV ownership and the possible value range design for a period in the future. The effective contact K value in daily contact rate and daily migration rate is determined, then a NEV SIR Diffusion Model considering industrial fusion is constructed, and then the influence of industrial integration on the diffusion of NEVs is explored. The model emphasizes the effect of the change of industrial fusion on diffusion under the time series, and makes up for the lack of the poor fitting and accuracy caused by the static daily contact rate and the static migration rate of the single dimension in the traditional diffusion model. To sum up,through the in-depth study of the diffusion of NEVs from the view of industrial consolidation, this dissertation complements and expands the integration of NEVs and producer services and its influence on the diffusion of NEVs,which guides the value chain extension of the NEV domestic brand manufactures.
