| Sliding bearing belongs to the traditional manufacturing industry,its manufacturing and technology level represents the country’s industrial technology status.Sliding bearing has the characteristics with strong carrying capacity,long life and low noise.It’s widely used in petroleum,chemical,metallurgical and other national key areas.With the continuous development of sliding bearing technology,the advantages of the sliding bearing is further promoted,and becoming more and more widely applied.Sliding bearing manufacturers abroad are focusing on the high-end field sliding bearing.Their products are very expensive,and have very big profits.Therefore,the local sliding bearing manufacturers can only focus on bearing with mature technology.Their products are the mass production,and have low profits.With the development of China’s industry,especially the demand of the key projects,an urgent need to develop the bearing with high technology.This paper is about the design and development on radial tilting pad sliding bearing with high speed applied to the west-east gas project.This paper will be based on fully absorbing and understanding the international related technology,the basis of combination of enterprise and university resources.The technology of tilting pad sliding bearing will be applied to the production process.The theory and data analysis of the bearing structure.The selection of bearing materials and alloy,and strength analysis.The analysis of the bearing house structure.The optimization of the whole bearing structure,and the simulated calculation on parameters such as temperature rising,the oil film stiffness,in and out of the oil,and the further optimize of the bearing structure.This paper will through the bearing materials selection,the bearing structure design and calculation,simulation analysis to solving the optimize number of tilting pad.This paper will try to find the load mode,solve the problem of temperature and vibration of high-speed bearing,and improve the sliding bearing oil leakage problem through the whole design of the structure.This paper will provide a complete structure design,theoretical analysis,and the manufacture of the bearing.Finally,this paper is trying to complete the design and development process on the radial tilting pad sliding bearing.Verifying and improving the design of the structure through the test data analysis. |
