Centrifugal compressor,energy recovery turbine unit and other equipment can improve significantly the efficiency of the unit,and achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy saving.As a key component of centrifugal compressor,turbine unit and other equipment,high-speed gearbox directly affects the operation status of the equipment.It is imperative to develop high-speed and stable gear rotating device.In this paper,aiming at the vibration characteristics of high-speed gearbox,it is taken that the high-speed bearing-rotor system as the research object,the influence of structural parameters of key parts such as tilting pad sliding bearings and rotors on the vibration of high-speed gearbox is theoretically analyzed,and the high-speed gearbox is optimized according to its influence regular pattern.The National Gear Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was entrusted to monitor the vibration and noise performance of the designed high-speed gearbox,and the performance was qualified.Theoretical results,the influence of bearing-rotor on high-speed gear transmission,verified indirectly.The main contents of this paper are as follows.1.According to handbook of gear drive design,research results,engineering experience and market demand,the transmission scheme of high-speed gear box with speed of 60036r/min is designed,and the preliminary design and calculation of the relevant parameters such as bearings,rotating shafts and gears are carried out.2.The stability of common sliding bearings at high speed is compared and analyzed,and the working principle of tilting pad sliding bearings is further discussed.Aiming at the mechanical characteristics of tilting pad sliding bearings,the influence of parameters such as radius clearance ratio,fulcrum offset coefficient and preload coefficient on the dynamic characteristics of tilting pad sliding bearings was studied by using DyRoBeS-BePerf software,including the minimum oil film thickness,maximum oil film pressure,power loss,stiffness and damping coefficient of tilting pad sliding bearings,and the relationship curve was drawn for the highest value.It provides analysis basis for dynamic analysis of high-speed bearing-rotor system.3.The dynamic characteristics of the bearing-rotor system are analyzed and the relevant criteria are given.The analysis model of high-speed bearing-rotor system is established by using DyRoBeS-Rotor software.The influence of bearing structural parameters and bearing span on the dynamic characteristics of bearing-rotor system is analyzed,and the relationship graph is drawn.The structure of high-speed bearing-rotor is designed reasonably by using the law obtained from the analysis.The designed high-speed bearing-rotor system is simulated and verified by DyRoBeS-Rotor software combined with relevant criteria.This part of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the design of high speed gear drive.4.The results of the application study optimize the design of the preliminary high speed gearbox,process,analyze the vibration detection components,and determine the installation mode.The National Gear Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is entrusted to monitor the vibration,noise and other operation performance of the processed high-speed gearbox.The reliability of the research and simulation results is verified by the no-load test data.
