The traditional manufacturing concept of the production process is decentralized,low efficiency,production and consumption of resources.In the equipment manufacturing industry,many manufacturing modules and the process is complex and the production cycle is long,especially in the non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprise,manufacturing standards variable size changes in shape,limited production capacity and the operator's ability to rely on experience high.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and analyze the production mode of the enterprise,and to combine the advanced management ideas and ideas to improve and upgrade.Based on lean production theory,value flow analysis theory and constraint theory,this paper analyzes and discusses the project management mode and manufacturing process of a typical non-standardized equipment LNG marine compressor,analyzes the existing production process of the enterprise.The paper designs the value stream mapping(VSM)and analyzes the status of the value stream according to the actual production data,and identifies the inefficiency and the part of the production process and the process to be improved.Based on lean production theory and value stream analysis method,this paper improves and enhances the manufacturing process,draws up the future map of the value stream of the enterprise on the basis of reducing the parts inventory in the production process,adjusting the shop layout and the merging procedure.The inspection has realized the improvement of production efficiency,the shortening of manufacturing cycle and the reduction of total cost.A method to identify and define the bottleneck of a single part under continuous flow production is proposed.The bottleneck identification method and quantitative calculation formula of single part in the process of continuous flow production are given.Based on the application of two equipment manufacturing practice of LNG marine compressor,this paper discusses the improvement of the production mode and system after the improvement of the value flow chart analysis,and discusses the possible bottleneck of parts in the future production of the same type of equipment The results are verified by calculation.
