Study On Product Quality Inspection Process And System Design Of Company A

In recent years,as a manufacturing enterprise in the power industry,Company A faces the dilemma of national policy adjustment,order demand decline and manufacturing cost increase,and its traditional quality inspection model has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise transformation development.Therefore,product quality inspection process needs to be optimized in order to improve inspection efficiency,improve inspection capabilities and reduce inspection costs.This paper starts from the present situation of product quality inspection of Company A,draws the flow chart of manufacturing process inspection and EOMR preparation.ASME analysis form is used to qualitatively classify the steps of the process.The results show that the procedure is repeated,the time for preparation,review and modify file is long.The reason of the overdue of EOMR is analyzed from the aspects of personnel,technology,information and management.Through the ESIA process optimization method,the product quality inspection process is cleared,simplified,integrated and automated.The system structure and function module of the newly inspection process are designed by using the mixed model method and the demand analysis.The product quality inspection system is developed and put into actual operation.Through the comparison of the analysis data before and after the optimization and the evaluation of the effect of the system before and after the operation,it can be seen that the average time of the single process inspection is reduced by 35%,the average period of the inspection record submission is shortened by 52%,and the completion period of EOMR is shortened by 30.4%,which are achieving optimization goals.The inspection documents electronic management,inspection information sharing query,inspection process life cycle management are achieved.
