The "One Belt And One Road" policy is based on economic construction and common development.Economic and trade intercourse,thing thing connects is basic safeguard.The CR Express emerged at the historic moment,bearing the new link between China and the international community.CR Express(Zhengzhou),also known as Zhengzhou international block train(abbreviated ZIH),its in Zhengzhou as the starting point of a central trains,at present the country more than 50 composite leading position in operating platform,typically represents the central trains at various stages of development,many of his groundbreaking operation mode for the whole central trains development have good guiding significance,but also has a lot of bottlenecks hinder the development of his,his problem is also common problems facing the industry,this paper is to set out,ZIH the class as a carrier was used to analyze the current central problems in process of development of trains,and puts forward Suggestions that can carry out,I hope to contribute my own views on the development of CR Express.First of all,through analyzing the current status of ZIH,this paper focuses on four aspects.Second,the clearance efficiency of the document link is low;The third one is the low efficiency of cargo allocation.The fourth is through the whole business up and down links,poor information communication.Then,it analyzes the reasons for its formation one by one and puts forward the optimization scheme,which mainly includes the upgrade of the booking platform,the management and statistics of booking information,the reasonable circulation of documents,the reform direction of single system,the reasonable flow of container allocation,the construction of internal organization and information transfer process,etc.Finally,relevant safeguard measures were formulated,and requirements were put forward for internal management and human resource allocation of liner train company to ensure the smooth operation of the optimization scheme.Based on the operational data of ZIH,this paper analyzes them,and finally comes to the optimization plan,providing reference for the organizations responsible for the specific operations of CR Express at present and in the future.Especially in the actual problems in the operation of the freight train,operating difficulties,customs clearance time of the integration of customs and inspection,confusion of the management of the operating platform and other subtle practical points to analyze and discuss.
