Risk Management Of 50 Tons Wheel Loader Transmission Control System R&D Project

As fast development of construction machine industry in recent years,the heavy machines appear in the version of public and are asked to improve performance.The transmission control system is paid more attention to research,because which work as important role between engine and vehicle for construction machines draft work conditions,But the research and technology is not mature,sometime is green and the risks in the control system R&D even cause project failure when the risk management is not taken seriously during project management.In this article,the risk management research is based on characters of construction machine and control system R&D project,which is long project period,included a lot of knowledge and technology,rapid develop speed of technologies.We mainly did risk management research for this transmission control system project.Firstly,I introduced background information of this project and analysis the characters of control system R&D,then setup the mathematical modelling and risk manage procedure,analyses and evaluate the risk during project with modelling.Finally I research and conclude the risk response and give the descriptions of risk management result.
