Research On The Changes And Planning Strategies Of Industrial Space Carrier In Shenzhen

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,Shenzhen has developed from a coastal border town to a national innovative city,which can not be separated from the synergy of urban planning policy with the times and market-oriented industrial development.With the economic development entering a new normal,Shenzhen's original low-cost extensive development model has been difficult to adapt to the current needs.Under the constraints of the shortage of space resources,industrial space carriers are also in urgent need of renewal through the stock of industrial space,release space,and revitalize the original vitality.By introducing the theory of spatial production and the theory of urban spatial transformation,this paper attempts to summarize the basic law and dynamic mechanism of the transformation of urban industrial spatial carriers,and expounds the phased characteristics and dynamic mechanism of Shenzhen's process of building a national innovative city from the two main lines of urban development and industrial development,as well as the role of urban planning and industrial layout in the city.Finally,it judges the future development trend of industrial space carrier and tries to summarize the urban planning strategy under the background of innovative city.Firstly,by introducing the theory of spatial production and urban spatial transformation,this paper analyses the basic law of industrial structure upgrading,further summarizes the influencing factors of industrial spatial carrier change under the background of industrial structure upgrading,and reveals the basic law of urban spatial structure change;secondly,taking Shenzhen as the breakthrough point,under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,through industrial development in Shenzhen.Based on the analysis of the process,characteristics and evolution mechanism of industrial space carrier,and combined with relevant professional theories,this paper explores the evolution direction of industrial space carrier form in the new stage of urban development and industrial development situation.Furthermore,by discussing the influence of the change of industrial carrier on the direction of Shenzhen's urban spatial development,the change of urban spatial function,the pattern of urban spatial layout and the urban spatial center system,this paper takes Nanshan District as an example to analyze and summarize the tremendous influence of industrial spatial carrier on the above four aspects.By analyzing the latest developments of Shenzhen's industrial space carriers,this paper analyzes the latest developments of Shenzhen industrial space operators and summarizes the development and characteristics of emerging industry space carriers,such as the Science City of Guangming District,the Convention and Exhibition Center of Baoan District,the Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center of Longgang District and the expansion of Baoan International Airport runway.Finally,through the evaluation and analysis of the implementation effect of Shenzhen's urban planning strategy and industrial planning,this chapter summarizes the development trend of Shenzhen's industrial space carrier into the following seven points:(1)narrow carrier to broad carrier;(2)single function to compound development;(3)static to dynamic development;(4)internationalized development from introversion to extroversion;(5)primary factor allocation.Develop to high-level factor allocation;(6)develop from low output to high output;(7)develop from heavy assets to light assets.To explore Shenzhen as an innovative city in industrial space renewal ideas and strategies,in order to provide a reference for relevant planning.
