| With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the development of housing has moved from the era of large-scale construction to the era of housing stock.However,the existing residential buildings in 1980-90 undefineds,which constitute the main body of housing stock,have been unable to meet the needs of the times due to low construction standards and continuous degradation over time.In recent years,with the guidance of national policies,various localities have successively carried out the practice of renovation of existing residential buildings.But there are some problems behind the achievements,such as the single form,the unsatisfactory effect,and the low efficiency,and so on.The lack of application of systematic and scientific methods constrains the process of renovation of existing residential buildings in China.Based on the above background,this paper take the existing residential building envelope system as the research object from the perspective of performance improvement and combined with the BIM technology to improve its energy consumption performance.Firstly,based on the in-depth analysis of the envelope system and BIM technology,combined with the characteristics of both,this paper puts forward the method and general process of improving the energy consumption performance of the existing residential buildings in the north based on the BIM technology.Secondly,the principle of the combination of the two is explained.First of all,through the field and literature investigation of the existing residential building envelope system in the north of China to sort out several basic types of the encircling system of the existing residential building in the northern part of the country.Then the "hierarchical" analysis method is introduced to analyze it in depth and the multi-level transformation methods of each basic type are discussed to analysis the performance changes of the envelope system under different hierarchical transformation modes.Finally,the performance analysis database of the existing residential building envelope system in the north is obtained.The database not only explains the application principle of this research,but also accumulates some data for the follow-up renovation giving some reference of the design.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,the process of improving the performance of the existing residential building envelope system in the north based on BIM technology is applied combined with an example,and each sub-process is proposed in detail at the same time.Taking a typical existing house in Dalian as an object,the information model construction and energy consumption simulation analysis are carried out to improve the energy consumption performance of a typical existing house in Dalian.Firstly,according to the process of information integrator,the whole process of building environment information based on BIM technology is defined from acquisition to integration to application.Secondly,according to Revit software,the sub-process is constructed according to the information model.The information of existing residential building envelope system before and after upgrading is managed by the integrated management of hierarchical visualization and quantitative performance.Then after data conversion,the constructed information model is imported into the energy consumption simulation software.Finally,according to the sub-flow of energy consumption simulation,the energy consumption of buildings under various renovation modes is simulated by using the energy consumption simulation and analysis tool integrated with Ecotect software,so as to reflect the energy consumption performance of building envelope system.The energy consumption simulation is divided into the reconstruction simulation analysis of the single position level of the enclosure system and the energy consumption simulation analysis of the integral transformation.According to the analysis of the simulation results,the relevant conclusions are obtained,and the data support for the optimization design of the energy consumption performance improvement scheme is provided.This paper provides a new idea for the improvement of existing residential buildings from the point of view of performance optimization,and extends the application scope of BIM technology.It also provides a reference for the research on improving the performance of existing residential buildings with BIM technology.To provide strong support for the smooth development of the countryundefineds further existing residential building renovation work. |
