The rapid development of high-speed railway technology in China has put forward higher requirements for the working capacity of railway rescue cranes.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a new type of railway rescue crane with large load,fast response and high working efficiency.In the dynamic performances of the crane,the curve negotiation ability directly affects the safety of the railway rescue crane.This paper takes the large-tonnage railway rescue crane with automatic leveling function as the research object,and its curve negotiation performance and leveling control method are studied.The main research results are as follows:(1)The development of railway rescue crane at home and abroad and its theoretical research progress are summarized,according to the needs of new rescue crane,the main research contents are put forward.(2)The structure of railway rescue crane is analyzed and the three-dimensional model of the system is established.According to the actual operation of railway rescue crane,the boundary conditions and degree of freedom of the model are determined,and the dynamic simulation model is established.(3)The static load tension and compression test of railway rescue crane is theoretically analyzed and simulated.The ultimate working conditions of railway rescue crane during traction are analyzed.The contact parameters between components of hydraulic leveling system and the transmission relationship of traction force between crane systems are determined.The main components of hydraulic leveling system are analyzed and checked.(4)The dynamic performance of railway rescue crane is simulated,and the important factors affecting the curve negotiation ability of railway rescue crane are determined.Then the leveling control method is proposed and its leveling effect is studied.(5)The test data are collected and compared with the simulation results.The comparison shows that the simulation results of the internal and external wheel loads are in agreement with the test results,and it is proved that the control mode of the synchronous leveling of the leveling cylinder can obviously improve the wheel load uneven distribution and enhance the operation safety.
