With the advancement of China's urbanization development process,the city is expanding rapidly,the requirement of occupants for indoor thermal comfort environment is increasing.The building energy consumption generated by construction production and indoor environment adjustment is improved significantly.The number of existing buildings in urban buildings that do not meet the current building energy efficiency standards is very large.Most of the research on energy-saving renovation of existing buildings is aimed at the northern regions where the energy consumption in winter heating is large,and there are few studies on non-heating zones.The construction climate in southern Shaanxi is hot in sunmmer and cold in winter.The summer is hot and humid in the area.Therefore,the thermal insulation,ventilation and heat dissipation in summer must be fully considered in the design of the building,but even so,the energy consumption of air conditioning in the area is still very high.The southern part of Shaanxi is geographically close to the cold area,and the winter climatic characteristics are similar to those of the cold area.The construction envelope structure in this area is simple in structure and thermal performance deviation.In order to improve the quality of the indoor thermal environment in winter,the local residents independently carry out the interval.Heating causes a lot of heating energy.In general,urban residential buildings in southern Sh,aanxi face the problem of poor indoor thermal environment and high building energy consumption,which means that the energy-saving renovation of urban residential buildings in the region is very urgent.In this paper,through the field investigation of the existing urban residential buildings in Hanzhong City,have a certain understanding of the architectural overview of the existing urban residential buildings,the indoor physical environment of the building,and the intention of building energy-saving renovation,and provide basic parameters for subsequent research.At the same time,according to the comprehensive consideration of the household s living habits,indoor dress,inner expectations,etc.Taking the subjective temperature required by the household as an indoor thermal comfort evaluation index,and calculating the indoor and outdoor thermal comfort temperature in winter and summer.The indoor temperature and humidity of the standard floor residential buildings in the typical urban and rural buildings of Hanzhong City were tested on site.And taking this residential building as an example,the building energy-saving diagnosis is carried out,and the building energy-saving renovation plan is obtained.And using Building energy simulation software DesignBuilder to simulate the energy consumption of existing buildings in typical towns before and after energy-saving renovation:the quality of the indoor thermal environment of the renovated building has been improved to a certain extent.The annual cold and heat load values have been reduced,and the purpose of reducing building energy consumption has been basically achieved.Finally,economic analysis shows the economic benefits and feasibility of this energy-saving retrofit program.This paper analyzes and studies the existing urban residential buildings in Hanzhong,and explores the suitable local urban residential building energy-saving renovation plan,provide reference for energy-saving renovation of residential buildings in southern Shaanxi and similar areas,and promote the in-depth and promotion of building energy-saving work in China.
