Applicable Technology And Economic Analysis Of Existing Buildings Energy-saving Renovation In Guanzhong Rural District

Rural buildings in our country are numerous, high energy consumption and poorheat preservation and insulation properties with envelope. How to research theOptimized energy-saving renovation plan according to the characteristics of bothbuilding, set up building energy efficiency evaluation system fitting to our country is agreat significance in the energy conservation, environmental protection and sustainabledevelopment.This article according to the energy-saving renovation in the Guanzhong ruralDistrict，carried out a series of thoroughly local investigation. On this basis, combiningthe climate characteristics、the present situation of buildings and different performancerequirements of envelope, we analysis the energy-saving status in envelope of existingbuilding, get energy-saving renovation measures in envelope of existing building withthe local detection and computer simulation method.With typical rural buildings in Guanzhong rural District, for example, useing theDeST-c software to dynamic simulate and analysis the influence of building energyeffect before and after renovating, calculating the building heat consumption indicatorsand heating coal consumption indicators，and analysising the economy and investmentpayoff period，verifying the reform plan of the rationality and economic applicability,offer certain theoretical basis and engineering application method for further developingcold areas the energy-saving renovation work and the energy evaluation.
