At present,the cultural and creative industry is developing vigorously.It is the requirement of The Times to enhance national cultural self-confidence and carry forward and inherit the excellent Chinese culture.As an important place for cultural communication,colleges and universities have profound cultural deposits and rich cultural resources,which provide a good opportunity for the development of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities.Cultural and creative products of colleges and universities play a positive role in reflecting the cultural connotation of colleges and universities,spreading the image of colleges and universities and inheriting national culture.Meanwhile,the design of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities has important guiding significance for the improvement of design innovation and product homogenization.To explore the connotation of characteristic culture in colleges and universities,and to explore the innovative forms of cultural creative products in colleges and universities.And then research a set of systematized university cultural creative product innovation design method with contemporary characteristics is the key content of this paper.Based on the current design status of cultural and creative products in national colleges and universities,this paper explores the cultural connotation and innovative design methods of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities based on the characteristic culture of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the characteristics of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities from the perspective of spreading and excavating the cultural connotation of colleges and universities.The author summarizes the main categories and basic design principles of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities by studying and analyzing the design cases of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities such as Oxford University,Harvard University,National Taiwan university,Tsinghua university and Soochow university,so as to provide references for the design of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities.The continuous progress of scientific and technological means has promoted the continuous innovation of design forms of the contemporary products.Cultural and creative product innovations in colleges and universities should keep pace with the development of the times.Preliminarily summarize innovative thinking,innovativeforms of expression,narrative of culture and the innovative design forms of college cultural and creative products which match with the future design trends of design.Unique campus culture is the foundation of cultural and creative product design in colleges and universities.Besides,intelligent technology,digital media art and narrative expression are important means of cultural and creative product design in colleges and universities.Taking the cultural and creative products of colleges and universities as examples for the cultural and creative products,based on the successful cases of cultural and creative brand design and product design at home and abroad,the creative ideas,design performance and innovative ways can be summarized.From the successful cases,it is found that the integration of cultural resources and artistic expression is essential to endow college cultural and creative products with new vitality.Only by deeply analyzing the cultural connotation of colleges and universities and applying modern innovative methods to design can college cultural creative products conform to the trend of college cultural inheritance and product design development.This paper takes South-Central University for Nationalities as the object of empirical study to explore the development of college cultural and creative product design.This paper classifies the campus culture of South-Central University for Nationalities,and probes into its own representative cultural symbols,so as to unify the innovative forms and cultural connotations of cultural creative products of colleges and universities.On the basis of explaining the spirit of South-Central University for Nationalities and the connotation of campus culture with national characteristics,the author tries to design campus architecture landscape and cultural creative products for Wuhan.The design and development of college cultural and creative products should not be limited to the campus.Wuhan,the site for South-Central University for Nationalities,shares the regional culture resources with South-Central University for Nationalities,these two are inseparable.On this basis,we make our own creative design of cultural and creative products for South-Central University for Nationalities,to provide the theoretical basis and detailed feasible methods for the design of cultural and creative products in South-Central University for Nationalities and other universities in China.All in all,the author is trying to provide some references and Suggestions for the design and development of cultural and creative products in colleges and universities in China,to promote thedevelopment of cultural and creative industry and let the cultural and creative products spread the college culture in daily life.
