With the development of Uzbekistan's automobile industry and the maturity of its automobile market,the sales of Uzbekistan Automobile in 2006 were extremely hot.The world's auto giants entered Uzbekistan to seize the market and built a large number of auto stores.The country's auto market is intensifying competition.In such a competitive environment,Uzbekistan General Motors must always pay attention to the surrounding marketing environment,and plan its market ing strategy from a new perspective with new thinking,thereby enhancing its marketing capabilities and winning the competition in the Ukrainian auto market.Machine,at the same time,effectively avoid risks.Based on the theory of marketing and the theor y of competitive strategy,this paper takes the marketing concept as the guiding ideology and meets the needs of customers as the core,and carries out multi-faceted analysis on the current marketing status of Uzbekistan General Motors,including its macro environment and micro competition.SWOT analysis of the environment and internal conditions of the company,the problems faced by Uzbekistan General Motors in the marketing development,according to the development of the Uzbekistan auto market,from the reality of Uzbekistan General Motors,analysis of Uzbekistan General Motors marketing Object and market positioning,from four aspects to give Uzbekistan GM's marketing strategy to improve the recommendations,and finally put forward safeguards for the implementation of Uzbekistan's GM marketing strategy.General Motors is the world's largest car company.With its strong financial and technical strength and outstanding marketing strategy,GM has quickly become the number one car company in the past.Uzbekistan's car production industry was calm when the world's major automakers,GM,Toyota and Ford,were in trouble.The leadership of Uzbekistan's “GM Uzbekistan” company announced plans to expand the production of cars.It is the research purpose of this pape r to study how Uzbekistan General Motors develops a better development strategy for the automotive industry and develops a service marketing strategy that suits itself.
