With the rapid development of economy,China is transforming from a production-oriented society to a consumption-oriented society.Consumer culture,as a cultural form and phenomenon emerging in modern consumer society,is also undergoing a transition from mass consumption to consumption full of aesthetic and cultural significance.Based on the above background trends,this paper analyzes and studies the development status,methods and strategies of art intervention in commercial complex.At present,modern urban commerce solves the contradiction between the growing urban population and limited resources by optimizing and integrating resources.Therefore,urban commercial complexes that can meet the needs of consumers such as leisure,shopping,office and catering have become the mainstream.With the large-scale development and construction,the disadvantages of similar formats,similar styles and lack of emotion gradually appear.At the same time,the expansion of online shopping mode makes the offline retail market into a passive state of declining trend.In order to cope with this situation,the experience economy develops.In addition to providing goods for consumers,commercial complexes also begin to pay attention to consumers' spiritual and emotional pursuit on the basis of paying attention to their material needs."Art",as a cultural form content with diverse forms and aesthetic feeling,is in line with the inevitable trend of the integration of commerce and art.Therefore,the involvement of art in commercial complex can not only stimulate the spatial vitality of commercial complex,but also provide more display platforms and communication channels for art,so as to achieve artistic acceptance.This paper takes consumer culture as the background and focuses on the strategy research of art's involvement in commercial complexes.Firstly,the basic concepts of "consumer culture","commercial complex" and "art intervention" are sorted out and expounded.Then,it analyzes the limitations of commercial complex development at the present stage and the predicted development trend of commercial complex under the influence of the development trend of consumer culture.Through the analysis of the development trend,it comes to the conclusion that when commercial complex faces difficulties and challenges,artistic intervention is an alternative.At the same time,under the influence of consumer culture,the subject of art acceptance tends to the public and the way of acceptance tends to daily.Therefore,the involvement of art in commercial complex is not accidental or unilateral.The intervention of art stimulates the vitality of space,and art completes the acceptance of art by walking into the commercial complex.This paper introduces and analyzes the cases of different types of art intervention in commercial complexes,so as to summarize the purpose,value and principles of art intervention from the perspective of consumer culture.Finally,it summarizes the specific feasible strategies for art to intervene in commercial complex.Through the study of this paper,it explains why it is an inevitable trend for art to get involved in commercial complex under the consumption culture,and then discusses the methods and strategies of art to get involved,so as to provide feasible Suggestions for the development and update of modern commercial complex.It is hoped that this paper will play a positive role in the integration and development of art and commerce in China.
