Xinjiang Oilfield Community Video Surveillance Project EPC Pattern Study

In recent years,especially during the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period,EPC mode as advanced engineering construction organization mode of more and more worshiped by the employer and the contractor,at present in developed countries has become the main project organization and implementation of one of the ways,in our country is also actively promote.In China due to the long-term implementation of the separation of the design and construction of self-management system,until the 20 th century in the late 1980 s,chemical and petrochemical industries such as design,construction enterprises in the relevant policies to promote,have adopted the EPC general contracting the advanced management mode,in the early 1990 s was gradually from chemical and petrochemical promotion to the industry of metallurgy,electric power,railway,subway,machinery,oil and natural gas infrastructure,and achieved remarkable results.This paper will focus on the construction project management model of Xinjiang oil field area video surveillance system.The traditional project management mode and the EPC general contract management mode were compared.On the analysis in the owner's investment control,inviting bidding,contract management,construction drawing design,procurement supplier selection,construction management and other aspects of the existing problems and sort out,optimization and solution scheme is proposed,so that the project can in accordance with the expected goal successfully completed,achieve win-win economic and social benefits.At the same time,Xinjiang Oilfield Company other project construction management for reference.In this paper,we first introduce the EPC general contract management mode development background and project management related theory,then the current situation of Xinjiang Oilfield Area video surveillance project analysis on status and defects on the basis of the analysis,put forward the construction of EPC general contract management mode system in,and as a result,the operation scheme of EPC general contract management mode,finally EPC management objectives of the implementation issues related to take safeguard measures are discussed.
