course is the carrier of educational goals.education reform at home and abroad,all the curriculum as a key to improve the quality of personnel training reform and construction.In recent years,the necessity of bridging the curriculum is based on many theories,and there are few related researches on the practical operability of a specific industry.Engineering Cost Consulting as a new industry,thanks to the development of the construction industry is also showing a rapid development trend.Social demand for the technical talents of the profession is also expanding,the quality of school education is directly related to the development of the entire construction industry.As an engineering cost professional,a middle school teacher is fortunate to participate in the Department of Housing construction and real Estate Management Professional Guidance Committee team of the professional curriculum of the vocational and technical research and discussion work,combined with the puzzles in the training of talents in the past few years,the research object is to link the subjects,Analyze the cause of the problem,improve the quality and efficiency of personnel training by setting up an integrated curriculum system for the middle and high vocational schools.,This article uses interviews,questionnaires,literature,and other investigative means,for South Zhejiang region 1 Secondary Vocational School,2 higher vocational College and Home enterprises and nearly three years of graduate questionnaire,the visits,explores and collects the specific implementation of the relevant data and comprehensive analysis of the research related to the subordinate institutions of the Vocational Committee.In the investigation,it is found that the following problems exist in the curriculum setting of the cost speciality of middle and higher vocational education,such as the curriculum does not apply to new professional qualification requirements,curriculum structure and curriculum content lags behind the needs of enterprises,the curriculum in the higher vocational education is fragmented,lack of integration,teaching Teacher's practice skill level is stagnant and so on,for these problems,looking for reasons,learn from foreign success patterns,combine our national conditions,according to Pedagogy,Psychology and so on to write suitable for our country engineering cost specialized personnel training integration goal,has designed the project cost specialty in the curriculum through the level module to connect the plan.
