As a cosmetic item,the demand for cotton pads has increased dramatically.The process of cutting a cosmetic fabric roll into a cotton sheet is mainly done by a cutting machine.At present,most of the cutting machines on the market are only used for cutting a narrow web,and the production efficiency needs to be improved.This paper will design a wide-length absorbent cotton automatic cutting machine that can adapt to the wide-width degreased the cotton roll,which can control the tension of the absorbent cotton,and meet the dimensional requirements,precision requirements,appearance requirements and cross-section requirements of cotton cutting,to meet the cotton market.The main contents of the demand are as follows:Firstly,through the investigation and analysis of the functional principle and technical points of the cutting machine,the total function of the wide-strength absorbent cotton cutting machine is decomposed into sub-function modules,and the design of each functional module and the whole machine is completed.Secondly,the main design of the cutting machine,including unwinding system,traction system,tension adjustment system,cutting system,discharge system,structural design and analysis calculation.Based on the mechanical properties of the material roll stretching 3%-7% without breaking,the tension control parameters of the cutting machine were proposed and detailed design was carried out.In order to ensure the unwinding stability,the magnetic powder brake is combined with the air expansion shaft to output a constant fixed torque mode;the traction system is based on the transmission stability and the control roller group deformation,and the roller group layout and structural design are carried out;the slitting module of the cutting system adopts a circle.The cutting knife and the cross-cutting module are cut by the inclined blade,and the spacing of the knife group is adjustable to ensure the cutting precision;the internal tension of the absorbent cotton is controlled by a combination of a floating tension roller,a traction roller pressure adjusting device,and a control roller group speed ratio to control the tension of the absorbent cotton.In order to ensure the cross-cut quality,the cross-cutting knife beam is structurally designed,and the tool beam structure conforming to the actual requirements is obtained.Finally,the various functional modules are integrated to complete the structural design of the whole machine.Finally,the power selection drive layout of the unwinding system,the traction system and the cutting system are achieved in sequence.Based on the stability of power transmission,the design of the transmission mode of each system is completed,and the selection and verification of key components are carried out,and finally the overall power system design of the wide-strength absorbent cotton cutting machine is realized.
