Research On The Dynamics And Working Parameter Selecting Method For Cement Concrete Cutting Machines

Cement concrete cutting machine is one type of large sawing machinery for concrete pavement cutting, which works by the diamond saw blades with high-speed rotation mounted on its spindle. It is an important equipment for recycling of the old cement concrete pavement. Research of the dynamic problems of its working process is the basis of getting the ideal working parameters, and it has important theoretical and practical significance in improving the productivity of the whole operation and achieving the recycling of efficient road cutting.In this paper,the YFSJ2000 cement concrete cutting machine is chosen as research object, and its working dynamics and selection method of working parameters are deeply researched. the cutting mechanism of diamond saw blade as the theoretical basis, references the related researches of similar rotating machinery, and combines its own working principle and characteristics of concrete cutters. At the same time, from the perspective of energy conservation, resistance diamond saw cutting concrete sawing and cutting power calculation formulas are derived.the effect regularities of operational parameters, sawing material,blade itself parameters for cutting resistance, cutting power and the material removal rate are deeply discussed. Finally, after analyzing the working principle and working conditions on job of YFSJ2000 concrete cutting machine, the selection method of best operational parameters, practices of machine in different conditions as well as the adjusting programs of related parameters in special conditions are given. The research result of the paper has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of cement concrete cutting machine, and the relevant conclusions also can provide a reference for the development and application of similar machine.
