Study On The Regional Expression Paths Of The Characteristics Of Small Towns In Yunnan

Since China’s reform and opening up,the economy has developed rapidly and urbanization has entered a period of rapid development.China’s small towns are an important part of the urban system,but because of history,economy and other reasons,they are often "ignored" in the development process.The "bottom-up" development model leads to the current small towns as a whole.It presents problems such as uneven urbanization development,poor overall urban environmental quality,uncoordinated architectural styles in the new old town,lack of public space,and lack of regional features in urban areas.Small towns in Yunnan have the characteristics of pastoral beauty,ecological beauty and multi-ethnicity.However,like small towns in other parts of China they face the loss of regional local characteristics and the convergence of urban appearance.This paper takes Nanjian County of Dali Prefecture as a research example.By extracting the natural environment elements,historical humanities elements and economic and technological elements of Nanjian County,it designs regional characteristics from the macro,meso and micro levels.Through practical research,it summarizes the specific expression ways of creating the characteristics of small towns,and hopes to provide some reference for the regional expression of the characteristics of small towns in Yunnan.
