Study On Ways To Improve The Aircraft Ground Accommodation And Pass Capacity Of Large Airports

With the rapid development of civil aviation in China,the passenger and cargo throughput of large civil airports has grown rapidly.In recent years,due to various influences,some large busy airports have experienced flight delays.The reason is that the aircraft's ground accommodation capacity is tight and the pass capacity is reduced.At present,there is little research on the ground accommodation capacity,pass capacity and the relationship between them of airport aircraft at home and abroad.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out relevant research to effectively improve the accommodation capacity and pass capacity of airport ground aircraft to maximize the potential of airport facilities,improve flight normality,optimize airport planning and design,and the program of rebuilding and expanding.The paper strictly defines the ground accommodation capacity of airport aircraft and the ground pass capacity of airport aircraft,and systematically studies the ground accommodation capacity and pass capacity of the airport and their relationship from the aspects of influencing factors,modeling and solution,improvement approaches,and simulation analysis,then takes Beijing Capital Airport as an example to calculate its ground accommodation capacity and pass capacity.Based on the principle of integer programming,the paper establishes the model and algorithm of the ground accommodation capacity of airport aircraft,and proposes to improve the airport accommodation capacity from the aspects of terminal structure,temporary space,aircraft sorting,use combined gate positions,and flight dynamic allocation.The paper establishes the model and algorithm of aircraft ground pass capacity,and explains the measures to improve the ground pass capacity of the airport from the aspects of rational allocation of airport facilities capacity,airport operation strategy optimization and new technology application.The paper uses the system dynamics method to analyze and calculate the qualitative and quantitative relationship between airport ground accommodation capacity and pass capacity,and obtains the relationship expression and change trend between airport ground accommodation capacity and pass capacity.Using SIMMOD software,the ground operation simulation of the case airport arrival and departure peak time is carried out respectively.The simulation comparison analysis was carried out for different take-off andlanding modes and multi-entrance of runway conditions,which confirmed the method and measures proposed in the paper to improve the ground accommodation capacity and pass capacity of the airport is effective.
