| In recent years,with the steady progress of national comprehensive traffic development strategy,each of national large airports in order to improve its ability to transport,generally prefers non-stop construction in the process of upgrading the old facilities to meet the demand of airport reconstruction,with the expansion of the scale and frequency for construction,the influence of that on the aircraft stand is also increasingly remarkable,on the one hand,it may increases the risk for operation of aircraft stand,resulting in the various restrictions during the operation,on the other hand,although it doesn’t directly affect the operation of stands,it maybe seals the taxiway nearby aircraft stands or causes the aircrafts to be held up for taxiing,no matter what case,it will undoubtedly have a negative impact on the overall capacity of stands.If those risks can be timely assessed and properly dealt with,the impact of non-stop construction on the operation and capacity of aircraft can be greatly reduced and the efficiency of the stand resources can be improved.Firstly,this paper studied many domestic problems of aircraft stands which caused by the construction of large-or-medium-sized airports,including the distribution of stands,the types of aircraft taxi,security operation of stands and types matching of stands,summarized some kinds of limiting factors and measures of coping about restricted operations of stands,put forward the principle of restricted operation of stands for safety during construction;Secondly,this paper classified and studied the different apron configurations with limited taxiway capacity due to construction,discussed on operation principle and the method in detail about the single channel(single taxiway),dual channel(double taxiway)and so on,and established the corresponding capacity theory model of stands,the stand reorganization model under non-stop construction among them provides a theoretical optimization scheme to deal with the shortage of stand resources during construction;thirdly,After the operability of the above model is verified by MATLAB and the simulation software Any Logic,the occurrence rules of waiting events under the limit capacity and actual operation capacity of the single channel model are obtained by multiple simulations of different timetables.On this basis,the single runway airport is further simulated for multiple times,and the queuing rules between multiple aprons under the influence of non-stop construction is obtained;Finally,according to the comprehensive analysis of the theoretical model and simulation results,an improved scheme for the planning of the aircraft capacity problem under non-stop construction is proposed. |
