Aiming at developing the safety, effective civil aircraft, the hydraulic system test rig is developed to reveal the characteristics of the civil aircraft hydraulic system, to prove the validity of the hydraulic system, and to provide important reference for the further optimization of the aircraft hydraulic system. The research of the paper involves the contents:Chapter1:The structure and development tendency of civil aircraft hydraulic system are introduced. Research on civil aircraft hydraulic system platform home and abroad are summarized. Significance and goal of this topic are given. The research content and key technologies are illuminated.Chapter2:The overall goals and performance parameters of civil aircraft hydraulic system test rig are listed. Hydraulic system including pump module, load module and cooling module are developed. Then overall hydraulic circuit is integrated using the function modules. The mechanical structure is designed and three-dimensional model is built. The engineering implementation and layout of hydraulic system installation are introducedChapter3:Mathematic model and simulation of civil aircraft hydraulic system is developed. Based on hydraulic schematic, mathematic model of load, PTU and servo control system is built to verify the correctness of the principle and the performance of the hydraulic system.Chapter4:Simulation of hydraulic pulsation of pipe is performed. The overall structure and operating principle of EDP are listed. The flow model of EDP and piping is built to calculate the theoretical hydraulic pulsation.Chapter5:Calculation and simulation of pipe and the fuel tank cooling capacity are completed. Comparative analysis of hydraulic flow and temperature with and without cooler is developed.Chapter6:The main results and conclusions are summarized, and proposals are given for the future work.
