In the fierce market competition,the optimization of cost control is one of the important strategies in order to gain the core competence.In most enterprises,the technology and level as well as the service specialty are equal,who can innovate the scientific price,The company will soon be able to stand out from the crowd.The cost price control is the important magic weapon which obtains the enterprise competition.The scientific control of cost and price plays an important role in sustainable development,but there are many problems in cost control.Therefore,the research of this paper should supplement the theory of enterprise price cost research.According to their own business situation and combined with the case to develop their own cost strategy to promote competitiveness in the industry.The research and control of enterprise cost,continuous and steady development have important practical and educational significance for enterprise.In this paper,by looking up a lot of literature,collecting the related theoretical research of cost control,combining the current research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,on the basis of rich theory,the WS enterprise is deeply analyzed.This paper introduces the basic situation of the company,then analyzes the current situation of the companyundefineds planning and service,and then analyzes the price cost control of the company,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the analysis of the problems.The thesis is divided into five parts altogether.The first part is introduction,expounding the research background and significance of the thesis,summing up the theoretical research results of enterprise cost control at home and abroad;the second part is the theoretical foundation of the thesis.The concept,method and basic theory of cost control are expounded,which provides abundant theories for the thesis.The third part focuses on the research of WS enterprises,analyzes the present situation of the strategy and the problems of specialty.In the fourth part,the author puts forward the solutions to the problems existing in the present situation of service knowledge in enterprises,and the fifth part is the conclusion of this paper.In this paper,we draw the following conclusions: the cost control of the WS enterprise is beneficial to the improvement and improvement of the management level of the enterprise,the further reduction of the product cost of the enterprise,and the realization of the profit maximization.However,there are some problems in cost control of WS enterprises.Cost accounting system needs to be further improved,cost assessment and supervision system should be innovated,cost budget system should be improved,and cost control should be more comprehensive.The contribution of this paper is to enrich the research theory of cost control in this field through the cost control analysis of specific enterprises,and to provide reference and reference for realizing better effect of cost control in the same industry.The deficiency is that the research on enterprises is not deep enough,it is difficult to really grasp the real financial data,it is very difficult to really understand the specific details of cost control.It is expected that the future research can carry out more objective research on the basis of facts and make the research conclusions more practical and instructive.
