Study On Operation Cost Control And Optimization Of T Shipping Company’s Main Domestic Trade

Under the guidance of the national "One Belt And One Road" cooperation initiative,the promotion of the national strategy of maritime power,the implementation of the development strategy of the Yangtze river economic belt and a review of the development history of many shipping enterprises show that modern operation management and cost control are particularly important in shipping enterprises.In order to promote the benign development of T shipping company,this paper studies the operation cost control and optimization scheme of T shipping company under the current depressed shipping market and in accordance with the management requirements of modern enterprises.Based on the theory of cost control,this paper studies concept and method of cost control.In addition,this paper makes more detailed study on the composition of shipping enterprises’ operating costs,and analyzes the role of ship and container management in the control of shipping enterprises’ operating costs.All these laid the theoretical foundation of the research.Based on the optimization of operation management mode and cost control research,this paper analyzes the domestic trade trunk line of T shipping company and the current situation and problems of cost control.On this basis,compared with the corresponding data of other companies in the same industry,we found the deficiencies in the cost control.Finally,based on the current operation cost control situation of the domestic trade trunk line of T shipping company,this paper studies the ship operation and container management,and analyzes the optimization scheme of operation cost management.In this way,the operating cost of the current ship and container management can be optimized by the scheme.Through literature research,case analysis and lean cost management method,and the comprehensive qualitative and quantitative study,this paper proposes suggestions on the operation cost control and optimization scheme of domestic trade trunk lines of T shipping company.Ship operating cost--optimize ship capacity allocation,fuel purchase management and use management;Container management operating cost--optimize the container source and container condition,optimize the control of container management.
