Research On Supervision Countermeasures Of Dalian Limestone Industry

Since the reform and opening up,China’s limestone industry has been developing rapidly.At present,the annual output is about 240 million tons,accounting for 70% of the world total.The annual production capacity is 650 to 70 billion yuan,and the number of employees is about 1 million.The biggest change in the past decade is The change of service targets was mainly based on construction projects and building materials products.The industries with higher service and relevance are iron and steel,chemicals,building materials and construction,light industry,agriculture,and environmental protection.Despite the gratifying achievements in the development of China’s lime industry,due to the long-term blind development,lack of policy guidance,the industry is large but not strong,the problem of low-level redundant construction is extremely prominent,and small and scattered enterprises,production dirty,chaotic,and poor are extremely common.The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of the problems in the supervision of the limestone industry in Dalian and to propose feasible solutions.Through literature research,data statistics,interviews,etc.,the limestone industry in Dalian City was combed and summarized,and a practical implementation method was proposed.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)To investigate the limestone industry in Dalian and analyze the existing problems in the limestone industry by studying the basic characteristics,current development status of limestone mineral resources in Dalian,the price of local limestone aggregates,and the functions of industry authorities.(2)Analysis of the causes of problems in the limestone industry in Dalian.One of the main reasons for the limestone industry in Dalian is the lack of understanding of limestone mineral resources;second,the lack of standardized production of limestone aggregate production enterprises;and thirdly,the management framework and historical legacy issues of limestone industry related authorities,mainly reflected in the existing Management model,institutional mechanism.(3)To realize the supervision and implementation of the limestone mineral resources industry in Dalian.The first is to comprehensively plan the limestone mineral resources in Dalian and rationally use the resources to promote the transformation and upgrading of the limestone mineral resources industry and the construction of green mines.The second is to improve the limestone mineral resources management system and strengthen the limestone mineral resources policy laws and regulations.And standardize construction and clean up issues left over by history.Through the establishment of a limestone mineral resources special rectification leading group and trade associations,a unified management platform for limestone mineral resource transactions will be established to achieve a fair and orderly environment for the limestone mineral resources market and realize the return and sustainable development of the value of non-renewable resources.To build supply-side structural reforms and demonstrations of “three trips,one drop and one fill”.
