Research On The Sustainable Development Of Taizhou Construction Industry

The construction industry of Taizhou city is undergoing a huge transformation process.The national economy of Taizhou City maintains a sustained,healthy and stable development,the investment in infrastructure and industrial projects continues to grow,the scale of the construction industry expands rapidly,and its supporting and pulling role in the national economy has reached a historical high level.However,the construction industry is also facing the market order is not standardized,and the construction management system still needs to be reformed There are many problems.Based on the research of Taizhou construction market in Zhejiang Province,and based on a large number of cases and data analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of Taizhou construction market,combined with the current economic operation mode and the national social development trend,and in view of the existing problems,puts forward the future improvement and development direction of Taizhou construction industry.At the beginning of this paper,it introduces the basic situation of Taizhou City and the current situation of the construction industry,compares and analyzes the research status of domestic construction industry and foreign construction industry,so as to introduce the necessity and feasibility of the research on the sustainable development of domestic and foreign construction industry.Then,based on the introduction of the development of domestic construction industry and Taizhou construction industry,this paper analyzes the development achievements,problems and economic development status of Taizhou construction enterprises,mainly including construction enterprises and supervision enterprises.Secondly,it discusses the main research contents of this paper,including the meaning,basis and purpose of the sustainable development of the construction industry,the establishment of a set of evaluation system for the sustainable development of the construction industry,and focuses on the basic process and principle of AHP,and applies it to the study of the sustainable development of the construction industry in Taizhou city.The evaluation system constructed in this paper is mainly evaluated from Uve aspects:the level of sustainable development,efficiency,coordination,energy consumption and environmental protection.It is divided into 68 core indicators,each of which is treated by category.Then,the case study is carried out,and the AHP is used to evaluate the sustainable development of Taizhou construction industry in 2014-2018.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the level of sustainable development of Taizhou construction industry in the previous years is not enough.In 2018,it can achieve low-level sustainable development and puts forward the necessity and policy suggestions for strengthening the degree of enterprise agglomeration,talent introduction and training,especially for the standardization design,factory production,mechanized construction and information management which are urgently needed in the development of prefabricated buildings.
