With the development of market economy and the deepening of reform, a great change happened in the construction field. The former system of construction project quality can not satisfy the need of the new trend. It is imperative of the reform of supervision system. The'Project Quality Management Ordinance'was put in practice in 2000, which meant the beginning of construction project quality governmental supervision reform. Against this background, as the example of project quality supervision situation Lang Fang development zone, research the construction project quality governmental supervision reform and development.The contents of this thesis mainly include the following aspects:1. Introduce the development and character of construction project quality supervision system at home and abroad. On this basis, analysis the problem in construction project quality supervise and clarify the background and contents of this thesis.2. With the change of supervision thoughts and supervision methods of construction project quality, the former organization and management models of supervision system can not satisfy the need of the new supervision work. On the basis of referring to a large number of relevant literature and summarizing our work, it is researched that h-ow to reform and improve existing quality supervise system. Analysis the problems of existing quality supervision system, and propose construction project supervision system in the whole country and reconstruction program of internal organizational structure in supervision station, and at the same time, propose the feasible program for establishing evaluation mechanism of supervise system under the existing system.3. With the reform of supervision field, there is a great change in project quality supervision ways and means. There are some differences in supervision specific ways by local supervision system. Now, it is imperative to clarify supervise direction and unify supervision methods and the supervision management model in supervision field. As the example of project quality supervision situation Lang Fang development zone, introduce ,after the implementation of record-keeping system, adjustments and changes of construction project quality supervision, and propose some new supervision ways such as'Whole Process','Whole Position'. 4. Project acceptance is one of the important work in construction project quality supervision work. After the implementation of'record-keeping system of construction project acceptance', radically change organization and implementation methods of the former project acceptance, and cause third-party loss evaluation of project quality. So I deeply research this system in this thesis, analysis the significance and specific operation methods of'record-keeping system', point some problems and shortcomings of existing'record-keeping system', propose specific method that how to establish'record-keeping evaluation system of construction project acceptance'for the prevalent status quo-'only record-keeping, not evaluating', and research quality evaluation methods during construction stage.
