Since the reform and opening up,China has successively approved a number of coastal economic belts such as the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province,Caofeidian of Hebei Province, and the“Yellow Triangle”of Shandong Province. The coastal areas rely on policy support and rapid development of natural advantages, but with urbanization and residents'lives. The quality has been continuously improved, and a large number of real estate projects are located in the coastal areas. Many of them are surrounded by reclamation projects, which have seriously affected the ecological environment of the coastal areas. Therefore,on the basis of not damaging the ecological environment,it provides reasonable residential land development for the coastal areas.Strategy is a problem that we need to solve properly.Based on this, this paper explores the expansion law of residential land in Dalian coastal area from 1998 to 2018,and establishes an ecological suitability evaluation model for multi-objective residential land, which divides the ecological suitability division and proposes development countermeasures.Firstly, the thesis uses the literature survey method to summarize the relevant theories and practices, and puts forward the research ideas and technical routes of this paper.According to the overall planning of Dalian and the development status of coastal areas, the representative research scope is selected 541.22km~2;on the ArcGIS platform. On the basis of the 6623 points data obtained by the pulse data survey method, the POI urban subject function identification method is used to divide the research scope into four types of functional areas:comprehensive, living, production and tourism;for studying the functional areas Using the extended law of land use,the empirical analysis method was used to analyze the image maps in 1998,2008 and 2018,and the ENVI remote sensing image classification method was used to interpret the images into three types:mountain, water and construction land. The system analysis method obtains the development status of residential land in each functional area.Although it is vertically expanded, the relative growth rate in the horizontal direction remains unchanged. The expansion mode is closely related to the location and terrain.Secondly, the paper takes ecological priority as the concept and uses contradiction analysis method to select 11 types of factors affecting the expansion of residential land in coastal areas from the aspects of ecological restriction and ecological potential:elevation, slope, vegetation cover, geological disaster, surface water, coastline,Land use, road traffic, educational facilities, commercial facilities, medical facilities, and field survey and AHP analytic hierarchy process are used to establish an ecological suitability evaluation model for multi-target residential land in coastal areas of Dalian, and the ecological suitability evaluation of multi-target residential land is obtained.Figure.Finally,according to the results of ecological suitability evaluation, the coastal area of Dalian is divided into five types:key development area, guiding development area, ecological coordination area, ecological control area and ecological protection area;the distribution status and ecology through residential land use The comparison of suitability zoning shows the distribution law of residential land in each sub-area and the existing problems of residential land;combined with distribution law, suitability level and land use profile, the expansion space of multi-objective residential land in Dalian coastal area is obtained.Select and determine the appropriate expansion timing to guide the reasonable expansion of residential land in the coastal area of Dalian in the future.
