Urban Ecological Space System Planning Stragy Research Of Hua Nan County

Under the background of rapid urbanization,increasing urban population,land,transportation,living environment and other issues make the contradiction between urban and rural areas has become increasingly prominent,urban environmental carrying capacity is overwhelmed,seriously affecting people's survival and development.The contradiction between ecological environment and urban construction is an important problem in urban development.The urban and rural ecological space system planning and construction is the basic way to guide the urban space reconstruction,maintain the ecological security,promote the planning management and solve the problem of regional development.At present,domestic and foreign related researches are mainly concentrated in the large areas of cities,counties or cities,the theory research and practice of ecological space construction in county scale is relatively small.Under the guidance of multi-disciplinary theory and technology,the data collection and field survey combined,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,in-depth analysis of Huanan County ecological system structural features and evolution rules.By using the ecological footprint analysis,analysis of ecological carrying capacity,land suitability evaluation and ecological construction index system analysis,to perfect the construction of Huanan County Ecological County construction index system,is proposed,which is suitable for the functional layout of the Huanan county "wedge type radiation corridor network" of architecture and all kinds of urban and rural ecological space ecological space.Taking the ecological space system as the core,all kinds of ecological factors and land use in the protection of the ecological space system are proposed.The control and guidance strategy of each district is put forward.On this basis,through the implementation of the establishment of ecological line of control management system,ecological compensation mechanism,the construction of ecological community and the public participation system and dynamic supervision mechanism,safeguard mechanism,to effectively guide the Huanan county urban and rural ecological space protection and utilization,and ultimately to achieve the sustainable development of Huanan County.
