| With the comprehensive coverage of Internet technology and experience economy,the offline retail has been greatly impacted.At the same time,in the transformation of consuming society,consumers no longer only pursue material "needs",but also begin to pay attention to spiritual "thinking",space is no longer the container of goods,but also the consumer goods themselves,which puts forward higher requirements for shopping mall design,which has both commercial and urban social functions.Faced with the dual pressure of online shopping shocks and excess market stock caused by blowout construction in the last stage of our country,how to enhance the dynamic experience of consumers and the attractiveness of shopping centers from the perspective of space design is the focus of this paper.The concept of event space originates from the criticism of Tschumi,Koolhaas and others on the correspondence between modernist architecture style,function and formal dogma,facing the realistic complexity of metropolis,designing from "program",emphasizing the overlapping of various differences and stimulating dynamic events,which is the real manifestation of the complexity and contradiction of urban society.At the present time when the city is developing towards diversification,the essence of shopping mall is the diversification,complex and heterogeneous integration,which coincides with the core content "tolerance of differences" emphasized by the concept of event space design,and provides a new perspective and ideas for the innovation of shopping malls.Based on the problems initially found in the field and questionnaire survey,combined with a large number of documents,this paper analyses the existing problems and new needs of shopping malls.Combining with the concept of event space,this paper puts forward the innovative ideas of spatial dynamic design of shopping malls from the perspective of both the spatial needs of shopping malls and the experience needs of consumers.Through the interaction of non-material elements-functional format and the construction of material elements-Dynamic space,the dynamic experience of consumers is stimulated,and finally the commercial and urban value of shopping malls are realized.Inspired by the concept of event space design,this paper clarifies its relevance and value to the dynamic design of shopping mall space,and completes the translation of event space into Various Programming,Material elements and Boundary infiltration types in shopping malls.The dynamic experience stimulating effect of event space construction in shoppingmalls is analyzed concretely.Through a large number of excellent case studies,combined with the method of event space construction and the principle of spatial dynamic design,this paper systematically analyzed the spatial dynamic design strategy of shopping malls from the four levels of spatial function allocation,spatial fragments,spatial scene editing and spatial heterogeneous elements linking.In order to adapt to the background of the times,the development of shopping malls in China and the renewal and transformation of the market stock provide new design ideas. |
