| In order to adapt to the rapid development of the market economy,many manufacturing enterprises have gradually realized management informationization,and thus such enterprises have higher and higher requirements for high-quality talents.Schools are the cradle of providing talents for enterprises.Education informationization should be ahead of enterprise management informationization.Therefore,in order to adapt to the requirements of manufacturing enterprises for the informationization and practice of teaching content related to production planning management,innovative teaching methods are needed.At present,the teaching of relevant courses in China still pays more attention to theoretical explanations,and lacks innovative and targeted practical teaching methods.Students can gradually lose their initiative in learning through theoretical learning.Based on the construction project of manufacturing informatization in a complex equipment enterprise,combining the knowledge of production planning management related courses and the actual business process of the enterprise,this paper studies the teaching-oriented practice system,and is committed to cultivating talents with innovative,applied,managerial and practical abilities for the equipment manufacturing enterprise.In the part of demand analysis,the literature review,market status,theory review and enterprise production planning management status are analyzed in detail.Firstly,the relevant research at home and abroad is analyzed.Then,on the basis of the analysis of teaching content,the market teaching system is analyzed from three functions: period information management,project plan management and rolling plan management.The theory review part mainly introduces the modern production planning management theory of complex equipment industry.Finally,it summarizes the actual production planning management status of enterprises from three aspects: production process characteristics,business process and management system.In the part of system modeling,based on the understanding of IDEF0 system function modeling method,the whole function and three sub-modules function model of production planning management experiment teaching system are built by this method,which realizes the structural analysis of the system and provides the basis for system design.In the system design part,the principles and objectives of the system design are summarized.The business process of the experimental teaching system is designed based on the business process of enterprise actual production planning management.The business logic relationship among the functions of the system is defined.Finally,the functional architecture of the whole system and three sub-modules is designed.In the application part of the system,based on some functions of the experimental teaching system of production plan management,and combined with relevant teaching knowledge points,three correlative experiments are designed.The experimental route is "the design of period template-the preparation of project network plan-the real-time adjustment of rolling plan".The results of the former experiment are the input of the latter experiment.Practice teaching combines case scenarios and teaching system to enable students to understand the actual business processes of enterprises and make decisions based on scenario problems.In the process of completing the experiment,students can master knowledge and exercise innovation ability,practical application ability,thinking and decision-making ability at the same time.The research on the production planning management experimental teaching system fills in the lack of relevant curriculum practice teaching content,and has certain positive effects on mobilizing students’ enthusiasm for class,cultivating talents that meet the requirements of modern enterprises,and fundamentally promoting the development of national core manufacturing industry. |
