Study On Comprehensive Management Pattern Of Mountain Rivers In Southwest China

Water is the cradle of life.Rivers are an important path of hydrological cycle.They are channels for sediments,salts and chemical elements to enter lakes and oceans,and are also important components of the earth's material transport.Once the river's own ecosystem is destroyed,the ecological environment along the river will be destroyed and the social development will be affected.We should not only possible to treat the river as a passage for flooding and drainage,but to maintain the health of the river and to live in harmony with the river.The mountain rivers along the southwestern mountainous rivers are ethnic minority gathering areas.The sustainable development of the regional society is inseparable from the excellent river ecological environment and the promotion of national culture.It is necessary to carry out research on the comprehensive river management model based on the concept of harmony and sustainable development for the special geographical,cultural and social environment of the mountain rivers in Southwest China.Firstly,based on the analysis of the natural and social environment characteristics of the mountain rivers in Southwest China,this paper constructs a comprehensive river management plan for the mountainous areas in the southwest,and proposes a “five in one” based on the ethnic minority gathering places in the southwest mountainous areas(water security,water ecology,water).Comprehensive management mode of rivers in mountainous areas where mountainous areas are concentrated in landscape,water culture and water economy,and the new comprehensive river management is summarized.The concept and the influencing factors;then the overall layout was planned,the basic principles of comprehensive management were put forward,and the typical rivers of the Bala River were selected after analyzing the characteristics of the rivers in the southwest mountainous areas and along the river;then the rivers of the typical rivers of the Bala River were established.The evaluation system selects the river health comprehensive evaluation index system of the Bala River section composed of the target layer,the criterion layer and the index layer,and uses the AHP analytic method to evaluate the characteristics of the river in the Bala River.According to the evaluation results,the typical river Dahui River the comprehensive management project of the section is discussed.Finally,through the numerical simulation study of hydrological,meteorological and MIKE 11 of the treatment project,the “five-in-one” project management plan is obtained.Through the analysis of the economic,ecological and social benefits of the project,it is expected that the living standards and living environment of the village residents in the Bala River Basin will be improved,and the development of scenic spots and villages along the route will be promoted to promote the local people to increase their income.
