Urban Express Car Modified Design Research

With the rapid development of e-commerce in China,the express delivery industry has also shown the momentum of prosperity,and the city express car has been widely used in the city as an important logistics express transportation tool.By comparing the current situation of domestic and foreign urban express vehicles,this paper analyzes the current model of urban express vehicles in our country,which is single and backward,and shows weakness in high load and high intensity of express delivery.From the Angle of modelling,its modelling is coarse,lack design sense and aesthetic feeling;From the practical point of view,its cargo compartment is single,storage space utilization rate is low;From the point of view of man-machine,the driving environment is bad and the cargo compartment is convenient to use.From the intelligent point of view,the lack of the current configuration,unable to meet the intelligent requirements of China's urban express vehicles.This topic through using the method of product improvement design for existing urban express car modified design research in our country,it is concluded that more efficient,more intelligent urban express car research results.The main research includes the following several aspects:1.Through the analysis of the existing urban express bus standard,product improvement design method is used to optimize the storage space of the existing urban express car design,make the cargo compartments of the city express car has more efficient space utilization and urban express car boxcar more convenient in use.Using the improved design of urban express car storage space optimization is divided into three points:(1)be modified for cargo van open means,improve the cargo compartments within visual range and the loaning way,so as to improve urban express car convenience store object space take put goods.(2)using the optimization of container simulation software simulation compartments within the shipping carton put way,make the city express car utilization of storage space for promotion.Compartments within(3)the goods divided into sections of different sizes to meet the placement of standard specifications carton,by dividing space within the cargo van to optimize urban express car storage space layout.2.The design scheme of intelligent building urban express car.The car and mobile devices in the intelligent concept applied to the urban express car,the Courier when driving,can show vehicle running status,makes the express car itself has certain intelligence.Intelligent combined with modified boxcar,provide Courier cargo van cargo information in each area and the specific location information of the goods,put forward the concept of intelligent express cargo van.By intelligent navigation system can be according to the information,the vehicle will formulate the optimal distribution route,improve operational efficiency.In addition,through the intelligent vehicles and other equipment,used car networking point of view,and facilitating the clients to know the goods in time and vehicle information,make urban express transportation more intelligent and interactive experiences.3.To the existing urban express car modified model in the design,using the method of improved product design,design with a sense of trust,sense of speed,fashionable appearance and comfortable and concise interior,cooperate with the colour collocation of the landmark,make urban express car this particular urban transportation tool has better identification and the appearance modelling of advancing with The Times,made new urban express pragmatic concept car.
