Modern urbanization construction brings larger and larger number and scale of commercial complexes. On the one hand,it shows the features of city, which is great convenience to people's life,on the other hand,it also poses higher requirement for building safety and produces more challenges.Considering this background, fire safety evaluation has received extensive attention. However, fire safety evaluation research on large commercial complexes is still not perfect at present. There is not a complete method theory and index system during the work. Therefore,we can only evaluate the possibility of system accident occurrence or the degree of damage that the accident may cause.Since considering only in accordance with various building standards, the system's resilience cannot be completely measured, and the system's performance cannot be improved as a whole. In order to optimize the above problems, this paper has carried out related research work, which selects large commercial complex as research object, combines the resilience science with fire safety evaluation, puts forward the concept of fire resilience evaluation, and tries constructing a large commercial complex's fire resilience evaluation framework.Firstly, according to the actual situation and design norms of commercial complexes, the indicators affecting the resilience of commercial complexes are analyzed, and the four-level index system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process. In the second step,in order to reduce the interference of subjective factors, analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is combined with the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix to calculate the weights of each index. Then, according to the relevant norms formulated by government and the actual work situation, the evaluation indicators stages is graded. Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to obtain the optimal index and the worst index of the commercial complex's resilience, the distance between each stage, the positive and negative ideal solutions and the colseness index are calculated,so as to obtain the division of the resilience level of the large commercial complex. At the end of the thesis,an example is carried out.The fire resilience evaluation model is applied to a large commercial complex.Firstly, the actual construction of the commercial complex and the current fire protection facilities are introduced in detail, and then 30 sales personnel,10 managers and 10 customers are conducted questionnaire surveys. After that,we scored the indicators according to the information we mastered. Finally, the model is evaluated fire resilience level as a third-level security.
