However aircraft design doesn’t involve the request and evaluation of combat resilience(CR) in existence. At present our army have many problems to desiderate argumentation such as aircraft combat resilience and future battlefield demand. Therefore, study of this new topic of ACR is great necessary.This paper is in the background of ACR system studied by army and the purpose of the product design and evaluation in the framework of the "Integrated Design Method Based on the System Engineering" put forward by Professor Wen Bangchun. This paper studies innovatively the theory and method of ACR design and evaluation, and empolders the internet applications system of integrative evaluation which obtains favorable effect in applying to evaluation of combat resilience for some model aircraft. The research of this topic was supported by the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation:"The research of modern institution innovation and mechanical system dynamic optimization design theory and methodology (No.50535010)","The research of product harmonious design theory and method and its application (No.50975045)" and the Key Laboratory of Shenyang Mechanical Vibration and some Army, concrete studies are as follows:(1) Because ACR theory develops relatively slow in my Army, nobody studys roundly ACR theory in our country at present. This paper establishes8D programming model of ACR,and upbuilds implement methods and contents for each phase. This model and correlational theory are used to ACR design of the control surface of battleplan.(2) This paper puts forward and establishes systemic and perfect theory and methods of ACR, including ACR design theory expression and1+3+X ACR design method, and gives implement approach of1+3+X ACR design method for a airplane undercarriage.(3) This paper establishes an intact evaluation theory of ACR design, mostly including the objective, content, method and associate equation; construct principle of evaluation indexes system; index choose and disposal method; model of evaluation indexes system; qualitative and quantitative theory models of ACR evaluation. These theorys provide thereunder for ACR design.(4) This paper explores a new method of ACR evaluation-SPA integrate evaluation based on diagnostic theory.By analyzing the methods of ACR evaluation in common use and incertitude trait, diagnostic theory is used to ACR evaluation to settle expert bifurcation for the rationality of evaluation data, and SPA is used to settle ACR evaluation to settle incertitude problem for the rationality of evaluation model. At the same time, This paper puts forward reasonable, entire, reliable ACR evaluation frame according to evaluation excellence in existence, and explores a new method of ACR evaluation-SPA integrate evaluation based on diagnostic theory for settling the problem of ACR evaluation. This method shows the rationality and feasibility by applying CR design of a airplane.(5) This paper establishes new theory surrounding the method of SPA integrate evaluation based on diagnostic theory, mostly including basic criterion and deep theory of ACR evaluation, in order to analyse evaluation result and review the stability of evaluation result. Evaluation result can rightly reflect the ACR level for providing decision-making thereunder.(6) This paper empolders and designs a internet applications for SPA integrate evaluation based on diagnostic theory. SPA integrate evaluation design uses modeling language UML of software engineering to realize.Sustaining system of evaluation indexes is designed especially to realized the need customization and celerity studyout for settling the puzzle to study out the system of evaluation indexes.(7) Finally, This paper applys the theory,method and integrate evaluation system of ACR design and evaluation for a battleplan.
